in recent years, TTK has made a significant investment in a modern edible oil processing plant in Gondar, North Ethiopia. This strategic move aligns with the region’s agricultural strengths, particularly in oilseed production. The plant has a capacity of processing 300 metric ton soya bean per day and it uses organic Soya bean as a raw material. The plant focuses on defatted soya meal which is exported and also supplied to local animal feed producers. The organic certification for Soya bean meal is under process.

We have our own farm size of 500 hectare and 3,500 farmers financed by TTK PLC which is mainly used for Non-GMO organic soya bean cultivation. The second product, processing soya bean oil, leveraging the abundant supply of this commodity.
