Natural Arabica Sidamo

From Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, this natural Arabica offers a bright, fruity cup with citrus and berry notes. Its silky body, floral hints, and clean finish make it a distinctive, specialty coffee experience.

Grown at elevations of 1,700–2,200 meters in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, Sidamo is one of the country’s most celebrated coffee origins. Known for its bright, fruity, and complex cup, this naturally processed Arabica is sun-dried with the fruit intact, allowing the beans to absorb the cherry’s sweetness. The result is a silky, medium-to-full-bodied coffee with vibrant citrus and berry notes, subtle floral undertones, and a clean, lingering finish.

Processing: Depending on the lot, our Guji coffee is either washed, highlighting bright citrus and floral notes, or natural (dry-processed), emphasizing sweet stone fruit and berry characteristics. This careful processing preserves the coffee’s complexity and clarity.

Why Sidamo: The region’s located in southern Ethiopia’s highlands, producing some of the country’s most complex and aromatic coffees. Its high altitude, fertile volcanic soils, and ideal rainfall create beans with balanced acidity, vibrant fruitiness, and elegant floral aromas. Natural processing further enhances its sweet, layered flavors, making Sidamo a signature origin for specialty coffee lovers.
