Natural Arabica Jimma

Jimma, located in Ethiopia’s southwestern highlands, is one of the country’s most historic coffee regions—often regarded as the birthplace of Ethiopian coffee traditions. Known for producing rich, bold, and complex cup profiles, Jimma stands apart as a classic origin. This naturally processed Arabica delivers a deep, fruity cup with berry sweetness, earthy spice, and a winey character. With its full body and long, satisfying finish, it remains an unforgettable brew for coffee lovers seeking depth and tradition.

Grown at elevations of 1,400–2,000 meters in Ethiopia’s Jimma region, this naturally processed Arabica is sun-dried with the fruit intact, developing a bold, full body and winey character. Expect berry sweetness, dried fruit, earthy undertones, and a hint of spice, with a long, satisfying finish.

Processing: Freshly harvested cherries are sun-dried on raised African beds with the fruit still intact, allowing the beans to absorb the fruit’s sweetness. This traditional method creates a cup with a full body, winey depth, and complex layers of berry, dried fruit, and earthy spice. The result is a bold and distinctive coffee with a long, memorable finish.

Why Jimma: The region’s unique combination of altitude, Fertile Soil & Climate, Volcanic soils and abundant rainfall create ideal conditions for Arabica cultivation. Jimma coffees develop winey, fruity, and earthy flavors with a strong body.
