Specialty Single-Origin Guji

From the lush highlands of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this specialty single-origin coffee showcases the region’s signature elegance and complexity.

Grown at elevations of 1,800–2,200 meters in the volcanic highlands of Guji, our single-origin coffee benefits from fertile soil, ideal climate, and careful cultivation. Handpicked by local farmers, each cherry is sorted to ensure only the ripest fruit is selected.

Processing: Depending on the lot, our Guji coffee is either washed, highlighting bright citrus and floral notes, or natural (dry-processed), emphasizing sweet stone fruit and berry characteristics. This careful processing preserves the coffee’s complexity and clarity.

Why Guji: The region’s unique combination of altitude, soil, and climate produces coffees with vibrant brightness, floral elegance, and layered complexity, making it one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee origins.
